East Delhi Municipal Corporation (EDMC) Property Tax — East Delhi Zone
If you own a property which resides in East Delhi Municipal then you will have to pay a property tax to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) — East Zone (formerly the East Delhi Municipal Corporation/EDMC, which was unified into the single MCD on 22 May 2022 under the Delhi Municipal Corporation (Amendment) Act, 2022). The process to pay the property tax is very easy and can be completed online.
Steps to Pay EDMC Property Tax Online
Step 1: Visit the EDMC website by clicking on the link https://mcdonline.nic.in/edmcportal/service
Step 2: Login using 'Registered Mobile No' and Click on 'OTP'
Step 3: Now, Enter OTP and Click on Login
Step 4: Check all the details and Click on 'Pay tax'
Step 5: You will be shown the list of dues that you will have to pay. You can pay via net banking, credit card or debit card.
Step 6: A receipt will be generated once the payment has been completed successfully.
